Arcade tools designed for LLMs to interact with Calendly scheduling
12tools
Calendly is a scheduling platform; this toolkit enables LLMs to read, manage, and act on Calendly schedules, event types, bookings, and organization data through the Calendly API.
Capabilities
- Account & org introspection — look up the connected user's profile, timezone, and booking page; enumerate organization members with their roles and booking pages.
- Availability & open slots — retrieve a user's recurring availability rules and working hours; query busy periods (combining Calendly bookings and conflict-checked external calendars); find open booking slots for a specific event type over a time window.
- Event type & scheduling link management — list all meeting types a user offers; generate single-use booking links tied to a specific event type.
- Booked meeting lifecycle — list scheduled events with times, locations, and hosts; fetch full detail for a single meeting including join links and cancellation info; cancel a meeting and notify invitees (irreversible).
- Invitee management — list invitees for a meeting with emails, timezones, status, and self-service cancel/reschedule links; mark an invitee as a no-show.
OAuth
This toolkit authenticates via OAuth 2.0 through the Calendly provider. See the Arcade Calendly auth provider docs for setup instructions, required configuration, and scope details.

Cancel a booked Calendly meeting and notify its invitees.
The meeting cannot be restored afterwards; invitees must rebook.
Create a single-use Calendly booking link for one of your event types.
Useful for sending a specific person a link that expires once they book.
Get the full detail of one booked Calendly meeting.
Includes start and end times, location or join link, hosts, and cancellation
details when the meeting has been canceled.
List a Calendly user's recurring availability rules and working hours.
Shows which hours the user accepts bookings on each weekday, per named schedule.
Find when a Calendly user is already busy over a time window.
Combines Calendly bookings with events from external calendars the user has marked
"Check for conflicts" in Calendly. A connected calendar without that setting is not
represented, so an empty result is not proof the user is free.
Find the open booking slots for a Calendly event type over a time window.
Returns each slot's start time and a direct booking link, soonest first. Narrow the
window rather than raising the limit when `truncated` comes back true.
List who booked a Calendly meeting, with their emails, timezones and status.
Also returns each invitee's self-service cancel and reschedule links.
List the meeting types a Calendly user offers, with their booking links.
Returns event types in Calendly's default order.
List the people in a Calendly organization, with their roles and booking pages.
Returns members in Calendly's default order.
List a Calendly user's booked meetings, with times, locations and host details.
Covers upcoming meetings unless min_start_time is set to a past timestamp, and
returns them sorted by start time in the requested direction.
Mark an invitee as having not attended their booked Calendly meeting.
The mark is visible in Calendly reporting and can be removed there.
Get the connected Calendly account's profile, timezone and organization.
Useful for confirming whose calendar is being read or changed, and for reporting
the account's booking page and timezone back to the user. |
